HRlab is highly agile and provides the necessary transparency that guarantees a contemporary work in the field of HR.

HRlab is a cloud-based HR software program from Germany aimed primarily at medium-sized companies. It offers centralized management of all employee data, including digital personnel files; automated workflows for onboarding, approvals, and document management; and self-service functions for employees, such as vacation and sick leave notifications. HRlab also includes recruiting functions, time tracking, absence management, reporting and analysis, and interfaces with common payroll software. All data is hosted in Germany in compliance with the GDPR. HRlab has a modular structure. Basic functions are available for €5 per user per month. Additional modules, such as time management or talent management, can be added for an extra fee. HRlab is particularly suitable for companies that want to digitize their HR processes and prefer centralized, cloud-based solutions.

The basic version of HRlab, "Core," costs €5 per user per month. HRlab uses a modular pricing model that allows for monthly or annual billing. The Core version includes digital personnel files, Datev and Addison interfaces, process and task management, self-service and reporting, and document templates. Additional modules for time and absence management, talent management, and recruitment can be flexibly added for €2, €1, and €1 per user per month, respectively.

Data protection is our priority. Your data is treated with high safety at HRlab. Our data center in Frankfurt/Main is hosting the data by using a complex codification and current standards. The HR Software can be managed by giving individual access rights. Theoretically, every single data field can be managed separately. Every employee has the possibility to overview his own personnel data and to make changes through self-service functions.

No, HRlab is a cloud-based software solution. This enables access via every device (tablet, smartphone, notebook, desktop…) and works independently from any software system. You only need an internet connection to use the HR Software.

Yes, HRlab is an intelligent HR Software with a process design that is flexible in adjustment and working agile. This offers an individual adjustment of specific demands. We also offer APIs to other HR solutions that are already integrated in your company or that are further needed. HRlab is not branch based and is scalable for every company size.

Yes, HRlab is a modern cloud-based solution. This means that no local installation is necessary; all data and functions are centrally located in the cloud. Yes, HRlab is also available on mobile devices. The responsive platform works on smartphones and tablets. You can conveniently access all important functions while on the go because HRlab is available in the App Store and Google Play Store.
